Jon Nalewak
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Jon brings a deep well of knowledge and steady leadership to Precision Trades & Services. Known for his calm demeanor and his ability to relate to just about anyone, Jon ensures every client feels confident, informed, and taken care of from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Whether he’s leading a project, guiding homeowners through the insurance process, or managing day-to-day operations, Jon’s focus is always on quality, integrity, and doing the job right the first time.
In his free time, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, playing sports, coaching flag football, and working on home and garden projects.
Jacob Plank
As Co-Owner of Precision Trades & Roofing, Jacob Plank brings nearly two decades of experience in the construction and renovation industry. Since starting in the field in 2008, Jacob has taken on a dual role—leading field operations while also managing critical back-end office functions to keep the business running smoothly.
Driven by a strong commitment to his family and a passion for giving back to the community, Jacob’s work is rooted in purpose and integrity. His leadership ensures that every project is completed with precision, care, and a focus on long-term value for clients.
When he’s not on the job site or behind the scenes, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, or heading out into the woods for a good hunt.
Mario Scotto Di Carlo
His active lifestyle and passion for the outdoors makes him a joy to be around.
Specializing in roofing restoration and renovations, he is one of our top salesmen and is a Territory Manager at our Florida location.
Kira Piper
Outside of work, Kira Piper is a proud mom of two wild and wonderful boys and a dedicated competitive cheerleading coach.
Life is always busy and full of energy, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Kira is a huge fan of Starbucks (never too far from a coffee) and is pretty sure she knows every word to Wicked.
Antonella Scotto Di Carlo
Antonella Scotto Di Carlo is a proud mom to two amazing boys. She has two older brothers, one being Mario, who also is employed with Precision Trades & Roofing as a Territory Manager. Originally born in Italy and raised in Pennsylvania, Antonella’s family runs a cherished Italian restaurant. Now living in sunny Florida, she thrives as our Office Manager. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach or lounging by the pool.
Keith Lehman
Keith Lehman grew up around the Waynesboro area and brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience to the team. His background includes a wide range of residential renovations such as flooring, framing, plumbing, deck construction, window and door installation, and modular home setup.
Keith takes pride in having a keen eye for detail and delivering exceptional craftsmanship to every client.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle through the mountains, hunting in the winter, fishing, and just about anything that involves the outdoors.
Leland Sailors
Leland is 26 years old and a proud native of Fairfield, PA. He enjoys staying active—whether he’s working, walking his two Australian Shepherds, Tux and Sully, or getting in a workout.
He met his wife, Allison, in Gettysburg, and the two recently tied the knot after six years together.
If you know Leland, you know he’s always up for a good conversation about football or basketball. Go Birds!
Colby Lehman
Colby Lehman is a committed project manager who brings integrity, reliability, and a personal touch to every job. With years of experience in the field, Colby is known for his hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and ability to guide projects from concept to completion with efficiency and care.
Outside of work, Colby’s greatest pride is his family. He and his wife, Ashley, are raising two sons who keep life fun, active, and meaningful. Whether he’s out camping, hunting, or golfing, Colby values quality time with his family—especially teaching his sons the game of golf and the life lessons it brings.
Colby believes that successful construction is built on strong relationships, clear communication, and a foundation of trust—values he lives by both on the job site and at home.
